April 10 I WAITEDI waited and waited for these moments I anticipated and dreamed of the time When you'd finally walk into my life It was almost a year since you told me How much you loved me It was finally approaching the moment I waited just to get a glance of you To meet you in person and talk with you When you'd walk into my life The door bell rang and there you stood To my surprise you were more Than I could have ever expected I had waited my whole life to meet you My dream had come true in an instant When you walked into my life Standing with your hand out to me I reached out and pulled you in the room Who would have thought there'd be more I have waited impatiently for you To come out of my dream and into my life And you became more to me than ever before Awkward and shy conversations, surrounded By your arms wrapped around my visions Of what we've become to one another Amina Bhimla (c) Copyrights 2007 February 04 ALMOSTIf I could close my eyes and dream up a dream
It would be of you walking beside me
When I hold on to that vision longer
Almost feels real enough to reach out for your hand
When I close my eyes after we talk
I can almost feel you in the room with me

My inspiration grows deeper and stronger with every color In every feeling and thought that you coerce out of me To be and become who I’m meant to be You strengthen my will and make me who I am
With all the warmth of the sun’s beams of light You show me that I can do anything my heart desires You become the moon’s face shining down on me As the skies become blue magenta clouds in the sky
My inspiration flows and shares with the world In every moment and instant of life’s events To discover and understand my dreams As we gather and realize that love is the truth

There are some special ways about you That make me want to love you more From the way you look at me to how you speak To the way you share yourself with kindness
There are little things that make me think of you From the way you care about the everyday roughage To how the brighter days build up inside me With you in my heart and mind
There are special little things you do With the words you confide in me That make me smile and laugh with you And make me want to know you more
There are special ways you do things That wants me to confide in you too With every word you text and say Of brighter days for tomorrow

When I am missing you too much
